On July 20 at around 6:30 p.m., two suspects can be seen in the video walking through a backyard to a sidewalk before firing multiple shots on and killing Brian Marshall II, according to Prince William County Police.
After fleeing on foot, the suspects were seen by witnesses getting into a gold-colored SUV and damaging multiple cars as they drove away, police said.
Marshall II died from his injuries and another man was wounded after he was shot in the hand, officials said.
The police said they are releasing this video footage in the hopes of identifying and arresting the two suspects. A $5,000 reward was offered for anyone with information, authorities said.
